It’s another day of Lawn Fawn’s Winter 2026 Inspiration and Release Week, and today we’re introducing Gingerbread House, Gingerbread House Add-On, Gingerbread Border and Scripty Sweet Outline Add-On!
For my third project today, I created an interactive Christmas card featuring the new Gingerbread House and Reveal Wheel Gingerbread House Drop-Down Add-On Set. Turning the Reveal Wheel changes the sweet little images peeking through the door, turning the gingerbread house into a fun interactive scene.
I paired it with the new Scripty Sweet Outline Add-On and lots of pink, sparkle and snowy details for a colourful Christmas design.
Make sure to also check out my other two projects for today, where I used the new Gingerbread Border in two completely different ways.
The new Winter 2026 products will be available on October 1.

About This Project
For this card, I combined the new Gingerbread House with the Reveal Wheel Gingerbread House Drop-Down Add-On Set to create a little interactive scene inside the house.
I stamped, die-cut and Copic coloured the Gingerbread House, then added Prisma Glitter and Glossy Accents to some of the details for a little extra sparkle and shine.
For the card front, I die-cut the Reveal Wheel frame from pink patterned paper from the Spiffy Speckles 12x12 Collection Pack. I used the new Reveal Wheel Gingerbread House Drop-Down Add-On Set to cut the opening for the interactive element, then positioned the gingerbread house over it.
To create the snowy ground, I die-cut the Reveal Wheel frame a second time from white cardstock and used just the lower portion, trimming the top to the height I needed for the house. This keeps the outer edges perfectly aligned with the patterned paper layer underneath.
For the interactive element, I used the new Reveal Wheel Templates: Gingerbread House Drop-Down to position the stamped images on the wheel. I Copic coloured both the images and the surrounding areas, colouring the section that shows through the door opening pink instead of leaving it white. I coloured the outer part of the wheel in a gingerbread brown, so the portion that remains visible at the side of the card – and is used to turn the wheel – blends in with the gingerbread house and the rest of the design.
I die-cut Scripty Sweet from the same Spiffy Speckles patterned paper as the background and layered it onto the new Scripty Sweet Outline Add-On, cut from Kraft Cardstock. To complete the sentiment, I stamped Have and Christmas onto two tiny banners cut with the Treat Cart Sentiment Add-On Lawn Cuts. I love using these little banner dies for short sentiments like this, as their small size makes them really easy to tuck into a design without taking up too much space. A few Mini Snowflakes cut from Pixie Dust Sparkle Cardstock add some extra sparkle around the house.
Finally, I mounted the entire scene onto a card base cut with Outside In Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Stackables, giving the finished card a decorative scalloped edge rather than a standard rectangular shape.
